sun bug

weird title for an iris illustration! irises are probably my favourite flowers; they're my favourite van gogh painting and i once bought them for a first date. but i like flowers because you can't take them and keep them forever. so i added lyrics from samia's 'fair game' and an orange background to make it a bit weirder. let the flowers grow or keep them till they die??? who knows!
